How long do I have to return items I have purchased and do I have to pay for return shipping?
1. You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return items you have purchased. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
2. Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order. You must use the shipping label we provide (See “How do I make a return?” section for details).
3. If you have already returned items from an order, but would like to return additional items
from that order, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date and pay for the return shipping. Use the shipping label provided and pay a $ 7.99 shipping fee
, which will be deducted from your refund.
What is the return method?
Return By USPS Return Label: Print the USPS return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop off at your nearest post office.
How do I make a return?
1) Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA number. No parcel will be processed without this RMA number.
2) Use the return label provided, wirtting clearly this RMA number on the front of the label. Securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop off at your nearest post office.
NOTE: Please be sure that the return package is postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date. (See “Important Notice” section for details.)

How do I find my return label?
The return label will be enclosed on the email that contains the RMA number.
Can I return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. NO. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached with the hygiene sticker intact where applicable.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygiene seal has been broken.
3. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
Please do not include non-CLASSY SHEIN items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. Your refund will be issued to your CLASSY SHEIN Wallet or the original method of payment, as selected by you.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Service within 180 days from your date of purchase.
